In my last post, dated December 9th, I shared my frustrations over not having enough time. In that post I PROMISED that I would write about this at least one more time before the end of the year.
I did it!
Today I am keeping that promise to you - and to myself - as I am writing this post today.
One of the most efficient methods for me to stay on track is accountability. For years a dear friend and I would connect on a weekly basis. We would share our frustrations and accomplishments for the prior week, we would encourage each other and then we would share our goals for the following week.
she is no longer able to do that. (Yes, she is still a dear friend.)

This fall I allowed myself to become over-scheduled, which always creates stress for me.
During that time I saw where bloggers shared on the world wide web their goals, plans and frustrations.
That TOTALLY shocked me!
I could never do that as I would feel too exposed and vulnerable.
The more I read and thought about it, I could see where sharing on the web was the ultimate accountability. Also, their readers seem to really appreciate it. So, after much soul-searching, I decided that beginning in 2014 I would post my goals here on my blog for you to see.
The thing is: my family made me promise that I would not discuss family on the web. So I will share my personal and career goals only.
It's a start. Let's see what the new year brings us.
Enjoy the end of 2013 and
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
